Bio

I grew up on the Chesapeake and try never to be too far from it. I'm an astronomer who's into plants (aroids and orchids among others), sailing, cooking, genealogy and nautical history when not helping to build a new telescope in the (far from Chesapeake, sigh) Atacaman Andes.
